Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PlanOS (“PlanOS,” “we,” “us”), a planning app operated by Global Depth Systems. By creating an account or using PlanOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PlanOS helps you turn goals into small, doable steps and track your progress. Features may include AI-generated task breakdowns, which are suggestions to help you get started.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PlanOS.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PlanOS, including by attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the goals, tasks, and other content you create in PlanOS. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you — including sending goal text you submit to our AI provider to generate plan suggestions.

AI-generated suggestions

PlanOS may generate task breakdowns and other suggestions using AI. These are provided for convenience and are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for deciding how to act on them.

Availability

PlanOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Depth Systems disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlanOS. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subscriptions

PlanOS is currently free. If we introduce optional paid subscriptions in a future version, they will be offered through the platform’s billing system (for example, Apple’s App Store), with pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms shown clearly before you buy, and this section will be updated before any charge exists.

Termination

You may stop using PlanOS at any time and delete your account yourself in the app (Settings → Danger zone → Delete account) or by requesting deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of PlanOS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
